DESCRIPTION:

This 39-Unit housing project consists of four separate 2-story buildings utilizing plywood shear walls and steel moment frames as their lateral force resistance system on a post-tensioned slab foundation for the potentially liquefaction area. Each building houses 1 to 4 bedroom units that are ADA accessible for mid-income level families.

BASELINE provided structural engineering design for this superstructure and construction support services. The Project earned a LEED Platinum certification.
