DESCRIPTION:

Transforming the existing street to a more pedestrian friendly street. The civil site improvement work features the following key elements:

• Widened sidewalk for the heavy foot traffic;
• Added crosswalk and access ramps at mid-block of the street;
• Added bicycle parking area and consolidated parking meters;
• Improved surface drainage with new curb inlet; and
• Added new tree wells and street lights for safety.

BASELINE was retained to provide civil engineering services for this project.
