DESCRIPTION:
Converted a warehouse into a 17-Unit Luxury Live Work Lofts. Each unit featured 2-story of live-work spaces with exposed steel trusses and spiral staircases. The existing warehouse was gutted and a combination of new structural elements including CMU shear walls, plywood shear walls, and steel braced frames were utilized as seismic resisting elements in this unique structure.
