DESCRIPTION:
The 89 unit Motel & Suites consists of five two-story buildings located next to a lagoon. The project involved retrofitting the building with a combination of new shear walls and steel moment resisting frames. The foundation was underpinned with new steel piers. The addition includes new lobby area, large conference room, and training room.
BASELINE was retained to provide structural analysis and design for the building addition and retrofit work.
