DESCRIPTION:

Civil site improvement work features following key elements in relieving vehicular and pedestrian traffic congestion:

  • Widened west sidewalk to create a safe and less congested pedestrian corridor;
  • Re-aligned roadway for added lane width for traffic calming measures;
  • Added a bulbout ADA access ramp to reduce travel length;
  • Added crosswalk at mid block of street;
  • Re-configured Parking Lot for ADA parking and maneuverability;
  • Added new planting and streetlights for aesthetic and safety improvement.
  • Add informational signage and display structures.

    • BASELINE was selected as the prime civil engineering consultant to lead a multidisciplinary project team consisting landscape architects and electrical engineers through design, construction documentation, and construction administration on this street improvement project.
