DESCRIPTION:

This swim and sport facility expansion and renovation included a new masonry building providing spaces for classrooms, offices, meeting rooms, and changing rooms totaling 6,000 sf, plus a separate concrete building housing pump equipment and other control systems controlling the three pools and an energy-saving photovoltaic thermal panel system for pre-heating the pools.

BASELINE was retained to provide structural engineering services for this project.
