DESCRIPTION: Provided site improvement work included grading, paving, and drainage design with hydrology and hydraulic analysis to develop a ½-acre lot for a 2-story housing project on a steep slope lot partially on Caltrans Property and on City Property for a new affordable housing project.  BASELINE provided civil engineering services for this project.
